Fit-out / Reinstatement

Our dedicated project team is supported by experienced and reliable subcontractors and suppliers. Most of them have been working with Mason Works since our establishment. Their specialized services range from Masonry, Final Finishes, Acoustic Work, Carpentry, Kitchen Equipment, Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Fire Protection, IT work, etc.

Interior Design

Our in-house designing team offers a comprehensive range of services and ideas. These include space planning and design concepts for our client toward achieving a functional interior design not only aesthetically nice but able to maximize usable space and also meeting our clients vision for the business establishment. In expanding our designing wing, Mason Works also partnered with external Interior designers and architects.

Submission of Documents to Authorities

We work with Professional Consultant, QP, Licensed Plumber & Electrician for endorsement and submission of documents for our clients to the relevant authorities ie. BCA, URA, SCDF, Utilities Providers and Building Managements.

Pre-Tenancy Survey

We believe providing pre-tenancy surveys for our client will help to assess, identify and address areas of concern like the space suitabilities and usage comply with the intended business. Identifying existing defects, unauthorized alterations and/or damages that could be rectified before lease. These have helped prevent our clients from spending unnecessary costs on such rectification work.
